<p>David holds the Mr and Mrs Lin Jo Yan Professorship in Banking and Finance at NUS. He also serves as the Director of Business Doctoral Programmes at NUS Business School. His research focuses on corporate finance but also encompasses financial disclosure choices and delves into international business. He is one of the most prominent scholars in the world on family-controlled firms.</p>
